The room temperature control worked perfectly, ensuring a warm and cozy night despite the cold outside. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the variety of cold cuts and fresh fruit, which we greatly enjoyed.

the atmosphere here was certainly not what I expected, especially since the bed situation was so inconvenient with those two mattresses. I woudl ve been more forgiving if it weren’t for that ridiculously loud aircon that kept running for two days. it’s quite sad that there was no complimentary upgrade for such an experience, I almost thought of giving 4 stars.

I noticed that the food in the hotel restaurant was on the pricey side, with smaller portions than expected. It would have been nice to have more diverse dinner options given the overall dining experience felt limited.

grand focus looks amazing! we had a spacious room on the 5th floor with a lovely terrace. the bathroom was modern and had a big shower. breakfast had a wide selection, and i really loved the room service. they brought extra towels and water for our son, which was super helpful. also, the fitness room was great!

I enjoyed my three-night stay, although the noise from outside was disruptive. Breakfast was decent, yet a few more options wouldn’t hurt. Be proactive about requesting extra pillows if you need them! The area around the hotel feels a bit uninviting, so stay cautious when exploring.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to parking and surrounding areas. My room was equipped with stylish furniture and very clean , which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast offered various delicious options that provided a strong start to my day , keeping me energized for my activities. I also enjoyed the welcoming feel of the staff who were always ready to help.

The air conditioning in my room was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully.

the hotel has a cool sauna but i didn't get a chance to use it.
